1 Thought From Me

We go through our days reacting and responding. Rarely thinking “is this thing I’m about to do cohesive with the person I want to be?”

Failing to consider, who we are is a culmination of our thoughts and actions repeated day in and day out. 

Instead deferring the hard yet necessary work into the future, only to “get around to it one day”.

Consider however, how you do anything, is how you do everything. 

We don’t rise to the intensity of our desires, we fall to the foundation of our training.
